We want you to love your scent. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Item

  Place the unused fragrance in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
